We've been on the diet since mid July, with my husband. He is losing so fast he has had to change clothes sizes two times and his belt, which was barely fitting is now too big. It's fun to diet together and it keeps each of us encouraged. My nephew, 17 years old & playing football, has lost 50 pounds; he started the 1st of June. He was our beginning inspiration. Yes he is.
