JJ its until October 6th, we try to have challenges that are realistic. I think 2 lbs per week for 5 weeks is pretty safe, but I never seem to be able to keep up with it myself.
I need something to motivate me so even if I lose 1/2 of that, I'm a happy camper
I did really good yesterday, I kept my calories around 1600, carbs were 16
Does anyone know if snacking on black olives is good or bad ? When I go into fitday it seems to be okay.
