I would like to know how to fix that also. Starting at 4am I wake up every 15 minutes. I don't know how you hold a job. I have to sleep about 12-14 hours just to make up for all the waking up. The days I have to wake up with say 6-8 hours of sleep I fall asleep sitting down very early in the day!
