I haven't seen this particular product, but I LOVE Nature's Plus. I think they are the best vitamin and herb manufacturers hands down. Their Source of Life Multi is the only one I will take. They are very expensive though and getting more expensive every month it seems. I am sure it is a good product, but not sure what all is in it.
