OK. I am in. I really need to do this....so, now I am definitely going to lose 10 pounds in four weeks. EASY PEASY! (I hope!) Good luck guys.

Mini Goals:
1. Convince myself I CAN live without coffee EVERY day.
2. Get over my "need to feed" when I am po'd about something.
3. Learn to vary my menus.
4. Drink my water EVERY day.
5. Get some kind of exercise DAILY.
Major Goals:
1. Get the weight off, KEEP it off!
2. Be in teeny weeny bikini form for that holiday in Greece/Turkey next spring!!!
3. Learn to always put ME first, eat healthy and exercise.
