Doing much much much better now :)
I've been doing low carb one way or another now for almost 4 months. In 11 weeks, my triglycerides dropped over 120 points, my blood pressure is normal for the first time in 2 years and I have lost 6 pounds and also 5 inches.
My lack of weight loss is attibuted greatly to a lack of exercise.... I've been on an anti-depressant and have just started the Carb Addicts Diet and I haven't felt this good in a very long time.
