Thanks guys for all the input! This is something of a "hot potato", isn't it. I don't know if there is a perfect solution for us. As I mentioned in Karen's journal beyond never using any kind of sweetener any time for any reason (which I am neither able nor willing to do) I guess we just have to muddle along and keep trying what's out there. Personally, I hate Splenda and Equal. Sweet "n" Low is a little better tasting but versatile? Nope. I'm going to try SomerSweet. If anyone else gives it a go, let me know how you get on.
