Hi! Anyone west island or off island in Montreal (Vaudreuil-Soulange) out there interested in getting together for a support group? I was thinking although it's nice to have this board, it'd be neat to have a "meeting" like WW, but with low-carb focus.. and no cost.. grin! Support is SO important!!
