Thanks for asking this question and thanks to those who answered! I have been feeling the same way. We now have at least 3 places in town that sell low carb bread and I've actually bought some "LOW CARB BAKER" bread mix but I've been afraid to try it because things are going so well and I absolutely don't want to do anything to spoil this little miracle. You guys have given me the confidence to try it.
