I wish you all the best when you start Atkins tomorrow. I'm sure you wil be noticing a change in your measurements in no time. Be prepared for a few headaches and cravings the first few days. You will probably feel a bit under the weather, but we all have to go through it . I suppose we're just carboholics!!
