I'll TRY to remember what I put in them.. but I'm not a "measurer"!

ALL amounts are approximate...

1/2 c coconut oil, melted
1pouch pre-melted baking chocolate
about 1/4c Diabetisweet (to taste)
unsweetened coconut, about 3/4 cup

mix together, whisk in a little cold heavy cream, JUSt until mixture starts to thicken.

Stir in enough Keto Crisp cereal (plain OR chocolate) to make cookies that hold together.

Chill, and store in fridge, or they'll melt into little puddles.

You'll have to tinker with amounts to get something that works for you, but thats everything I put in them. I am going to try a little peanut butter next time.

The coconut oil is what makes them "set" so it's the only ingredient that can't be left out.
