The best diet for you is usually one you are happy about and can stick with. Consistency will prove the most successful over time. While I have truly gone through long periods without losses (I've been at this game for almost a year now) I consistently feel very good about the fuel I'm feeding my body and am much smaller, lighter, and healthier than before. No it may not work for everybody, but it's better to give it a good try, see if you can adapt your lifestyle around it (I sure did), and hopefully the weight lost will be just ONE of the benefits.
