Welcome to the forum. You say that you feel bigger. Could it be that you are retaining water? Your meals seem to be OK for induction, but you may not be eating enough carbs which could be making you feel lousy. That combined with the withdrawal of carbs and caffeine. Did you measure yourself before you started Atkins as well as getting weighed?

Stick at it. Everyone is different and adjusts to the change in eating in different ways. I didn't notice much change at all in the first week. My brother was on Atkins for 2 weeks without losing an ounce! He then lost 7 lbs the next week.
