hurray! good for you! you havent cheated..you KNOW when you cheat! I went off lc for a day yesterday... it technically wasnt a "cheat" either since I just choose a day off to work up my will to go on...I leanred a GOOD lesson too! I HAVE to stay on the plan or I eat like a maniac! glad to be back home to the safety zone!
