PAM is a non stick oil spray made with canola oil. It's actually very good to use on baking dishes as NOTHING sticks but you can't buy it here. I asked ConAgra foods if they are going to import it but they said no. I but cans of it when I go to the States but to be honest I just use olive oil now and don't worry about it. I used to use PAM when I was low fatting but now I'm not, Olive oil and butter here I come! I bought a spray from Lakeland Plastics called Misto - that works fine.
