Most non-stick sprays don't have TF, its not really necessary since TFs are designed to be solid at room temp. But PAM is so flavorless, I don't like it.

Butter is always good and it gives foods a lot more flavor and cooks nicely...I love that its totally allowed on LC...

PAM brand also has a canola oil spray here in the US...and there are other brands of canola sprays and olive oil sprays on our shelves.
