Feels good doesn't it? Personally, I found giving up the sugar in my coffee the toughest thing about LC. It astounded my boy friend (He used to ask me if I wanted coffee with my sugar... 6 packs a cup? mea culpa ). I figure if I can give that up, I can do just about anything. Keep up the excellent work!
