As Rachel says, it could be non diet related, I've got a bit of a headache at present, but its related to migrane.

Glad you are drinking plenty of water. Are you eating enough carbs? If you are still at induction level of around 20 then increase them to around 30. Your body does need carbs and this could be a factor for you.
