No sure what it is myself. There are some oil sprays you can get in the supermarket as putting just a fine layer of oil in helps keep the fat content down. This is not such an important issue on low carbing, but I would encourage you to cook with olive oil and if you can find a mist sprayer, then fine, otherwise a teaspoon of oil allowed to cover the pan will be fine. Try not to use vegetable or sunflower oil which has lots of artificial trans fats in it. I am sure a lot of sprays are not as healthy as using olive oil. I hope this helps you.
