FAJITAS!!! Grilled chicken with peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole--what more could a low carber want?? I just mix it all together in the sizzling pan they bring and eat it with a fork. It is yummy and very authentic. But as you know, NO tortillas or chips (and i try not to eat too many of the onions even though i love them). Enjoy!!
