according to my book, for FRESH COCONUT,
1/4 cup (1.4 oz) has 6 carbs and 4 fiber
1 oz has 4.3 and 2.6
shredded or grated (dole) 1 cup not packed has 12 carbs and 7 fiber
just for fun, coconut WATER (hmm I used to love this fresh out of a coconut) has 31 carbs and 10 fiber for 12 oz.
