Default Lots of lessons in that

Like, carbs make me crave more carbs. And then the dangerous part: thinking that I did ok once, so maybe I will do OK the next time. That's how I got back to smoking the last time, one cigarette at a time until I was buying them by the carton.

You can flush just about any food you need to get rid of.

I'm wondering about "hungry" after what looks like a satisfying dinner. Is it possible something in that (diet drinks would be the culprit for me) is making you want to eat more when you've really had enough?

Finally--look at the fruit yearnings. I eat frozen blueberries, in pre-measured portions, and strawberries are good, too. Getting enough vitamins, esp. C? Lack of vitamins will make me really crave the food that would provide that vitamin. I'm safer to eat the fruit first, before the meal, so that the rest of the food is there to cover the insulin reaction. Don't do as well when I eat fruit on its own, or at the end. But that's just me.
