I'd like to join the challenge! I want to lose 25 lbs by Halloween. So far I've lost 17 pounds since July and have hit a plateau the last two weeks. I heard having a carb day will break that so Saturday I had pancakes for breakfast and pasta for lunch (felt crappy and tired after both meals!) and I've been doing Induction since. AND I haven't stepped on the scale since Monday (still 213) so I'll weigh in on Friday! Woo Hoo!

Let's motivate each other to exercise - I really need help with that one! I use the gym at my office (elliptical trainer, weights and treadmill) but i've been finding myself working thru lunch alot lately and not working out after since I have to run to daycare to get the munchkin.

How are we going to avoid all the Halloween candy?????
