With respect, losing weight isn't the be all and end all of being healthy... and you were only just posting elsewhere that you're getting really bad headaches since starting the diet eight days ago.

Perhaps you might try to reconsider your "limit" of 2-3 glasses of water a day... that seems worryingly low to me.
