I have a pilates tape I love. You will discover ab muscle areas you never knew you had. It can be hard on your back though, make sure to take it slow, do the modifications until your accustomed to the exercises and focus really hard on maintaining the ab position to protect your back.

Pilates focuses on core muscles, not only abs, but back and hips as well. Some of the focus and positioning can also help with yoga positions as you can focus on your core more. Combining pilates and yoga can do wonders to giv eyou energy and really stretch out and lengthen the body.
