Here is the recipe for Atkins mix.
1cup soy flour
2cups soy protein
2 tbs b.powder
1 tsp sa;t
2 tbs splenda.
I have not made it yet but I have made bread with soy and flaxmeal and also cheese bread with soy protein and soy flour both are easy quick and excellent.
