Default Young and don't want to lose much...

Hi, I posted this in the introduction forum as well, however, I got no responses....please help me!! I'm 20 years old and I've been doing the Atkins for about a week. I have been having those Breve Lattes with Sugar Free Vanilla quite often -- without realizing that there is still is like 10 carbs or more in each drink! I also drink diet soda frequently. I do not think I have lost any weight...however, I only want to lose about 15-20 pounds on the diet. Since I do not want to lose as much, will it take much longer for the pounds to shed?? Should I cut out the coffee and the diet drinks? Nooooo, I love them!! Also, on the first week...do you most oftenly plateu, or is that when you lose the most?? Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I'm keeping it under 20 a day. Hmm. Thanks for the help in advance!
