I've just got Dr Bernstein's book for my mam who's been diabetic for nearly 3 yrs. She's desperate to lose weight and really wants to give it a go.

We've noticed that in the book, a lot of the recipes etc contain GG Crackers. What are these? and can you get them in th UK? If so, where? If not, are there any alternatives?

Sorry for the questions but I really want to help my mam start this and I've never heard of these crackers before.
