I am new at this ,but I suggest looking at receips for a cream based soup. You could make on eup yourself.....I had a few shrimp and an egg in some chicken broth earlier (like shrimp egg drop soup). YOu sould use about 800 calories of heavy cream (watered down a bit), some cheese (cheddar maybe), some shrimp and a few eggs, make it to be about the amt of calories you are normally eating in a day and make it last all day. I always want soup when I don't feel good, Maybe that'll help. I may make something like that next week...YUM!
