Don't know about carbs and warm. What do Inuit burn to keep warm? What about polar bears and seals?

I DO know for a fact that the thinner I am, the cooler. Given than I live in NC and spend a lot of time outside, this is generally a good thing. I might have to save my binge-food expenditures and buy a warmer coat if I lived up north, but it'd be worth it.
