I was wondering who L/Cs and ECA stacks and do you find it works/or helps with weight loss?
...I read in one of Dr. Atkin's books that ephedrine can increase insulin levels and this should be avoided; however, I have continued to use it with success....Pls. no lectures here, I do stick with a very low dose and cycle on and off it....
