Yesterday I complained about palpatations the last few days and now today I was down 3 pounds and yesterday one pound.I hae been very hun gry and visiting the bathroom alot.Now I will know when a whoosh is coming cause I just had all the signs this week.Anyone have any of these signs when approaching a whoosh.
