I've NEVER had a loaf of bread turn out in the machine... I gave up, and do it the old fashioned way. BTW, Itried the Gabis bread recipe, and it was AWFUL.... I found a recipe called Gluten Bread on a website.. I think it was lowcarbluxury.com and it was ok.
