Does anyone use the Joyce Vedral videos? I am interested to know if they really work at targeting all that her website says they do. I would love to get rid of my pooch (tummy, that is, not my dog), bra roll, flappy arms. These are the 1st tapes I have ever come upon that actually addresses these problem areas specifically. Any info/experience with them would be appreciated!
