I use it with my omlettes, scrambled egg, strawberries, on the odd occasion i have SF jelly, to make sauces (mainly cauliflower cheese:yum
I love greek yogurt especially Rachels but i think it's about 4.2g per 100ml so i only have a little for breakfast with some nuts to get my carb count up otherwise i feel all day.
