Nuts are my downfall. I know they have very few carbs, but there's something about them that stal me, and set off cravings every time!
Best to stick with the basic induction foods at first. There's a reason it works as well as it does for most people.
Veggies are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc, and are inportant for your health. You can add nuts in only 2 weeks, and if they don't stall you, or make you crave more carbs, then you can have them as part of your daily intake.
