Thanks Alina. That's a good idea; I have not had my body fat taken for a long time. I might be joining a new gym, and they do a pretty comprehensive fitness evaluation when you join (including body fat); so I was planning on doing it then. Also, I have heard that calipers are not very precise at all. Is there a more precise, but also simple, way to get body fat % measured?
Just so there is no confusion, I am a huge proponent of exercise, and I appreciate how important and beneficial it is. But, yes, it does seem to slow down the scale (paranoid?).
