yeah, I measure myself every two weeks, I know muscle weighs more....however, man you'd think so wieght loss would have kicked in after exercising for 3 months....I don't know...all I know is that most likely it was sthe cheese...I just thought it was peculiar that the cheese and the weighs were the only changes I made.
