One thing struck me...

"Is the evidence strong enough to use [omega-3s] for depression?" asks Alice H. Lichtenstein, professor of nutrition at Tufts University "It's sufficient evidence to do human trials, but not to make dietary recommendations."

Boy! These people happily climbed on the low-fat bandwagon years ago with scant evidence for that dietary advice, but now they go all cautious about omega-3's? Sometimes I suspect that all of these women nutritionists/dieticians are vegetarians who have no desire to reccommend any diet that conflicts with their philosophy.
