Yay, minigoal achieved: this morning i am 199 pounds!
I woke up to be pleasantly surprised i finally achieved my minigoal of getting under 200 lbs . It really feels great to not be over 200 pounds anymore! Increasing my fat intake really helped me lose weight faster and broke my plateau, thanks for the suggestion guys!
My next minigoal is becomming "non-obese" at 179 pounds .
