I'm certainly no expert but I've never been a fan of taking more pills (of any kind!) than you absolutely need. Therefore, I stick with a multivitamin and calcium (at the recommendation of my gyno). All that other stuff is probably good for you, but if you're eating right (veggies and fruits and maybe some whole grains, if you're past Induction) and taking a multivitamin, you're probably getting what you need.

I have heard the L-Carnetine might be helpful though. It's completely up to you, but if you want to save money I'd ditch all the supplements and just take a multivitamin, calcium, maybe potassium, and maybe the L-Carnetine.
