I was just thinking of starting a thread on this! I am getting low on some stuff and just ran out of others and was wondering if I was going to have to go broke buying stuff.
What is really necessary?

GNC Ultra Women's 2/day
GNC Big 50 Vitiman B Complex
1200 mg. Lethitin
200 Zinc
500 Magnesium
L-Carnetine (running low) should I re-purchase?
L-Glutemine
COQ10 (out) should I re-purchase?
1000 Fish oil
Green Tea Extract (out) should I re-purchase?
Calcium 1200 mg.
Chromium Pilconate 2x/day
Seems like something is missing though.
Should I repurchase the COQ10? It's terribly expensive.
Could I cut out some of what I am currently taking?
