Ilooked at my one a day weight control ingredients. They contain starch (many do as a filler) as well as gluclose.
In those small amounts should I keep taking them, or should I switch to something more pure? I do have a history of candidia so am worried about feeding that with yeasts or sugars. I did a check and found if I eliminate them from my diet I end up low on Iron, Folate, Thiamin and a couple of other fairly essential nutrients, so I will have to use something. Should I keep taking this multi for those nutrients, money is an issue, or should I start looking for others? I don't have a GNC close, so I can't use those.
