I use a Kitchen Aid, works great-but in a bind I used my smoothie maker, worked just as well, but I needed a spatula to get it out... I always add about a tablespoon on Splenda, it tastes SO MUCH like Cool Whip, you can not tell the difference.. I did whip one batch a little TOO long, I almost had SWEET butter on hand! I make a Parfait with sugar free jello and the whip cream I make.. It is SO delicious................................
