Well after a 3 month break, and a 10 lb gain, I AM BACK! Between vacations, workshops and confrences, it became to easy to not follow the low carb way, it was not so easy to adjust my weight on my profile from 295 to 305....AGH>>>>>>>> Well I am back folks and armed with tons of WILLPOWER and low carb snacks, I will lose my weight and will continue to come here to seek support!
