I'm 5'6 and i'm giong for 130..even though everybody said that its too low. But i can go down to 115 if I want and still be in a healthy weight range..its pretty weird how it works..So 140 might be good.
Don't worry about the corn dog....just continue w/ the atkins and you'll be fine.
