Default Weight lifters...

I used to go to the gym like 4-5 days a week. Then I stopped for 4 months...call it laziness . But before I stopped, here was my workout schedule with my 2 other buddies:

Monday - shoulders and chest
Tuesday - biceps
Wednesday - triceps
Thursday - back
Friday - legs

That was before I did Atkins. Now I'm on Atkins, for about 3 weeks or so now, I curious what some of your work out schedules are. I just started going to the gym again and started off with light weight and noticed that I was not able to do very many sets. I'm still sore today, 2 days later. What I'm doing right now is taking 1 day weights, 1 day 2.39 mile power walking, 1 day weights...and so on. What I'm specifically looking for is a day by day workout routine, such as:

Monday - Chest: bench press, incline, decline...and so on
