President's Choice Kobe frozen meatballs are quite low in carbs (2.7/6 meatballs, of which 0.3 are sugar) but I find them kind of salty. These are only available in Canada though, I believe. The thing with store-bought meatballs is that they often contain breadcrumbs as a binding agent. I made some using soy flour the other day and they turned out quite tender and good.
