Thanks Hell for the link. See I drink so much water, at least 4 liters per day. And I have not had eggs in a while but I have had caesar dressing. I did have beef ribs this week. Should I get an allegy test done?

My rash does not look like that and mine is on my legs. I cut out cheese and think it got better since I did that. Could it be cheese too? I am also lactose intolerant. I will definitely cut out the red meat and anything with eggs. I will stick to fish and chicken.
