Yah, I am staying under 20 carbs a day, but adding some other things in.... like last night... fried chicken and mashed faux-tatoes. We used soy flour and parmesan with a few spices for the breading and deep fried the chicken... it was fantastic! I used the recipe I got on this website for faux mashed potatoes using cauliflower and goat cheese... it was fantastic!
Hmmm... I brought the left-overs today.... I think it's lunch time!
